The Sr. Director, Partnership Development & Industry Relations is directly responsible for increasing revenues for IFT technical products and services, as well as membership. The Sr. Director will identify opportunities for consulting and scientific services, packaging of content relevant to specific company skill development needs and communicating the value of membership. This individual partners with relevant IFT program managers to determine the best opportunities and delivery mechanisms for stakeholders. The Sr. Director plays a highly visible role within the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree and more than ten years of related experience; or equivalent combination of related experience, training and/or education
Food industry experience in a technical, business development, and/or product management role strongly preferred
Track record of:
Establishing effective relationships with customers and colleagues
Implementing successful market growth strategies
Working in a technical business development role
Effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, commitment to follow-through/producing high-quality results, and meeting deadlines
