Flavor Lab Technician
The primary function of this position is to assist flavorists and technologists on assigned projects. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Support sample room flavor requests in a timely manner Procure raw materials and documentation, as necessary Memorize odors and communicate effectively with others Set up chemistry review Compound flavors as requested Maintain status records of assigned projects Keep Lab Supervisor apprised of all assigned projects status as required Follow development of flavor through pilot plant and plant production when necessary Assist on R & D projects as requested Evaluate flavor preparations visually & organoleptically ADDITIONAL R
