This non-tenure track, 9-month position will support the teaching program in the Department of Food Science at the University of Arkansas. The successful candidate will teach and provide support for selected courses, advise undergraduate students, assist with graduate student course registration, and assist with processes for continuing the professional IFT approval of the food science undergraduate program.
