Salary Details:

SALARY & BENEFITS •Base salary: commensurate with experience •Annual bonus based on achieving targeted goals and company objectives •Health Insurance and Dental/Vision Reimbursement •Travel Required: will require quarterly visits to our manufacturing plants. Quarterly Team get-togethers, approximately 25% travel required. •Rapid advancement in high growth environment/organization

PRINCIPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure product and quality documentation from manufacturers and suppliers is received, checked, and organized.
Responsible for both the upkeep of all certifications as well as obtaining certifications for new products, such as Non-GMO, Gluten Free, and Kosher.
Source ingredients for R&D trials.
Create finished product specification sheets for the manufacturers.
Work with manufacturers to ensure product quality is maintained.
Assist sales team on product paperwork for their accounts.
Provide marketing with product details and support on presentations.
Answer customer’s product questions

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science preferred, or Bachelor’s Science background
Computer Skills ((Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Detail Oriented; great attention to detail a plus!
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, other virtual platforms a plus
