(Battle Creek, MI) Provide direction and overall Wellbeing and Regulatory leadership to the Kellogg Marketing and Innovation teams by identifying and developing opportunities and claims, as well as resolution of emerging issues. Provide wellbeing and regulatory leadership for the product development teams, marketing, insights, sales, and promotional communication programs as well as supporting corporate wellbeing and regulatory strategies. · Support development and implementation of wellbeing and regulatory nutrition claims for Kellogg's food products and information to support and optimize business strategies and food development, while promoting transparency and compliance. · Work collaboratively with R&D, brand marketing, and other cross functional teams for the successful development of appropriate claims that drive growth. · Develop product claim documentation and substantiation for claims as needed, to foster nutrition messaging in collaboration with the business. · Develop timely nutrition and ingredient labeling information for KUSA assigned product categories that are compliant with government regulations, company guidelines and department procedures. · Proactively identify, develop and drive consumer driven, science supported wellbeing and regulatory based opportunities that support or strengthen branded nutrition messages and positioning across the Path to Purchase to drive sales. This may include a focus on key customer requests. · Serve as a resource in the development of messaging and content for cross functional partners that may include corporate communications and consumer affairs. · Represent Kellogg internally and externally, influencing external agendas to align with Kellogg Wellbeing and Regulatory strategy. · Develop and maintain professional relationships with consultants, professional organizations, academics, and government agencies. Participate in and influence committees such as nutrition societies and editorial boards. Attend, participate in, and influence outcome of professional conferences. |
