TheDepartment of Family & Consumer Sciences at New Mexico State University is seeking to fill a 9 month, tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor in Food Science and Technology position. The individual in the position will be responsible for developing an integrated research and teaching program in food science and technology with a focus on value-added food processing, while supporting student recruitment and retention efforts and effectively contributing to agriculture and science literacy efforts.

A doctorate degree in Ph.D. in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Ag Engineering, or closely related field in hand by date of hire is required.
