The Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) is seeking applicants for a twelve-month, non-tenure track assistant/associate professor of practice position in food science and technology. The successful candidate will join a well-established and cross-functional team of instructors serving the 3+1 Dual Degree Food Science Program that exists between the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) and Northwest Agricultural & Forestry University (NWAFU) in Yangling, China.
