The Office of Nutrition and Food Labeling (ONFL), Division of Food Labeling and Standards (DFLS) within the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a food technologist to join the Product Evaluation and Labeling Branch 1 (PELB1).  PELB1 is responsible for the development of regulations and policy related to food standards and food labeling, including promulgation, amendment, and regulatory maintenance of food standards of identity, quality, and fill of container; issuance of temporary marketing permits for foods deviating from standards of identity; development or amendment of various food labeling regulations, policies, and guidelines for conventional foods; and provision of technical comment and support of issues relati
