Winrock International is looking for a Farmer-to-Farmer volunteer for a 20-day assignment (including travel) in Podor, Saint-Louis, Northern Senegal. The main objective is to train host members in local cereals-based pastry and bread making. The training will focus on developing local cereal processing skills to enable the group to make pastry, bread, and other products from local cereals, thereby creating new income-generating opportunities and accessing new markets. This assignment aims to build the capacities of women members, who are parents of children with disabilities.
