Gilster-Mary Lee is adding a RTE Breakfast Cereal Product Developer to our Technical Services Team.  Once fully trained, this person would be responsible for a portfolio of product lines as well as growing their knowledge around the ingredients we use and the suppliers which provide them. Any previous experience in breakfast cereal, snacks, or food extrusion would be an advantage to the candidate. This position would connect with our customers, suppliers, as well as our own sales, quality, procurement, and operations teams. This job would require relocation to southern Illinois or southeast Missouri.   Gilster-Mary Lee is a 129 year old family business which provides safe, quality, and affordable food products to the store brands and food service industries.
