Dairy Protein Food Scientist
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Food Scientist/Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Food Science, Chemistry, Dairy Science or Engineering with previous research experience. Previous protein functionality work with emphasis on dairy proteins is preferred. Duties Plan and conduct experiments that measure the functional properties of commercial and experimental milk protein powders. Plan and conduct sensory or instrument-based textural analysis of commercial and new milk protein crisps.
