Quality Assurance/Quality Control Lead (Brockton, MA)
Cindy's Kitchen a rapidly growing manufacturer of premium refrigerated salad dressings, dips, and sauces, is seeking an experienced QA/QC and Regulatory Lead to join our team in Brockton, MA. In this role, you will lead a team of five and oversee all audits, including NSF, Organic, and work towards achieving SQF certification. You will manage our Non-GMO (FoodChain ID) Organic (QAI) compliance, FoodLogiQ and internal and outside lab testing to ensure all documentation is in order and regulatory requirements are met. As the QA/QC Lead, you will guide all food safety processes and documentation to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Directly report to owner.
