This permanent, full-time position supports the Quality Assurance department. The Quality Control Senior Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to food safety and quality. This hands-on position combines leadership with technical expertise, supporting the Director of Quality Control with administering department operations, validating program CCPs, and participating in audits, while also performing daily functions in the lab. Knowledge of laboratory principles is required. Product testing includes brix, pH, water activity, titrations, viscosities and organoleptic evaluations.
